Navesink Yachts International has one of the most experienced yacht management divisions in the industry offering expertise in both operational and technical aspects. All personnel in the division are suitably qualified according to their responsibilities.

We are pleased to offer our expertise in areas such as operational management, technical backup, refit, new construction, accounting and all matters regarding to classification and certification. Also, all cleaning services and schedules and maintained as well as crew and contract negotiations with management and owners and marinas.

Following the introduction of the Mega-Yacht Code (a legal requirement for all British flagged vessels over 24 meter's in length and engaged in commercial activities), Navesink Yachts International have gained extensive experience. To date, over half of our managed fleet are compliant with the code, ensuring unsurpassed levels of safety.

The International Safety Management Code (ISM) became a legal requirement by the 1st July 2002 for all vessels engaged in trade over 500 gross tons. In October 2000 Navesink Yachts International were the first yacht management company in the world to have all of our procedures in place and be awarded an ISM Document of Compliance by the MCA following a rigorous audit process. We have now instigated our Safety Management procedures on our charter fleet which has greatly enhanced the operational safety and maintenance levels on all of our managed vessels.

2004 saw the introduction of the International Ship and Port Facility Code (ISPS). Following the successful implementation of the Navesink Yachts International Security Plan, special "Threat Assessments" for specific voyages and arranging to put specially trained security staff in sensitive areas, our managed fleet now benefit from regular security correspondence to keep crew aware and up-to-date with the latest security information. Moreover, special security training provided by experts in the field, assist crew members in dealing with these new challenges.

We have an in-depth knowledge of the worldwide charter industry, which is increasingly regulated. We manage every facet of many issues related to chartering, including charter legislation, contractual agreements, charter finances, tax, insurance considerations, catering, crew selection, scheduling, all concierge needs, and the Maritime & Coast Guard Agency (MCA) Code of Practice, the International Safety Management (ISM) Code and the International Ship & Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
